MINUTES FOR THE PCFFAE TRUSTEES’ MEETING

Acceptance of the resignations from the Board of Trustees of
Dorothy Monahan “ I have more on my plate than I can handle...” and Joel Rosen “
..due to both business and present personal obligations, I presently do not have
the time to actively participate in the foundation’s projects and fundraising.”
Both will continue to retain their membership as Associates in the Foundation.

Glenn Grube explained the circumstances
of the loss of Linda Jarosz and Chrissy Laundrie as independent contractors
working as media specialists.

Comments on a meeting with the Daytona Symphonic Society.
Glenn Grube related details of his meeting with
representatives of the DSS. There is interest in doing some cooperative ventures
in the future especially once our Center is open.
3) Approval of Minutes of 03/28/2007 Trustee’s Meeting
– J Ganci - Vote by Trustees
The minutes were unanimously
approved following a motion to approve by Jules Kwiatkowski and a second by
Lindsey Florence.
4) Approval of Treasurer’s
Report and Payment of Bills - L Kuntz, Treasurer
No Action
Seeking Assistant Treasurer to send correspondence to donors and maintain grant
files
5) Comments and Questions related to “PICNIC and POPS”
– Joe Ganci and Glenn Grube
Special
recognition was given to members and organizations that played a key role in
this event. This was the most ambitious event we have undertaken to date.
Planning and organizing required the efforts of many Trustees, Associates and
Members. A detailed review of the overview of responsibilities was undertaken,
the results of which are available under separate cover. Thanks to all committee
members and contributors. ... your involvement has been critical to our
success!!!!
6) Affiliation with Local Arts Group
– Flagler Symphonic Society - Glenn Grube

This affiliation has been agreed to by
both parties. The FSS cosponsored the “Picnic and Pops” event with the PCFFAE.
Other affiliations are being sought.

Approved unanimously by Trustees
following a motion by Glenn Grube and second by Jules Kwiatkowski.
8) Comments on a recent
meeting with representatives of the City of Palm Coast regarding the
“Agreement
to Lease”
– Joseph Ganci
President Ganci gave a detailed report on this
topic....more to follow.
9) Future meeting of
Committee Chairpersons and Persons with Special Responsibilities – Glenn
Grube
The June and July dates originally set for Executive
Committee meetings will be jointly used as
Committee
Reorganization meetings.

Email program – CONSTANT CONTACT
The Board of Trustees encouraged the Secretary to
gather further information about this email procedure
that will
save time and be more accurate in disseminating large bits of data and
information to our
membership.

This has been written by Thomas Anastasio and is in the process of being edited
and reviewed.
- Second Annual Crystal
Ball – Preliminary Report – Joan Grube
Karen Eaton and Anne Vohs are
co-chairing this event planned for February 2, 2008.
