MARKETING/COMMUNITY RELATIONS- Sam Perkovich
M-01 Presentations- Few new schedules. Committee needs bolstering.
M-02 Special events (Joan Grube via Joe Ganci)
The Crystal Ball- January 27, 2007 All arrangements in place, need push for additional attendees.
Committee meeting at 3 pm on Thursday, January 5 - Grube residence
Stroll for the Arts – March 17,2007 Meeting scheduled for January 5 with FCAL - 4pm - Grube residence
Picnic and Pops- May 20, 2007 We still need a chair person! Contract signed to lock in date with
school. Received contract from Jacksonville Symphony - in review.
Received $5000 grant from TDC and $ 5000 grant from City of Palm Coast.
M-03 Home Show- February 3-4, 2007 Booth fee paid, need volunteers to man the table at the show.
M-04 Publicity-Sam Perkovich- About 15 people applied for the part-time role as an independent
contractor to serve as the Publicity Coordinator for the Foundation. Linda Jarosz was
selected from among the three persons chosen to be interviewed and will start as of January 1,2007.
The Executive Committee approved a rotating petty cash allowance for her to be used in
developing media contacts as needed. Shirley Dunwoody will be the Publicity Chairperson as of
April 1.
M-05 The Real Yellow Pages-Sam Perkovich – Sam reported that she has reached an
agreement for the placing of an advertisement and related benefits.
M-06 Ad in Flagler Auditorium Playbill-Sam Perkovich- Approved by Executive Committee

E-01 Palm Coast Holdings Proposal to the City - J Ganci Still pending - letter not sent to City as yet .
E-02 Affiliations with Local Arts Groups - Glenn Grube via Joe Ganci - Affiliation documents
have been distributed to Flagler County Art League, Flagler Symphonic Society, Choral Society and
Chamber Orchestra, Flagler Playhouse, Northeast Florida Jazz Society, Motown via Arielle
Productions and The Cinematique Theater. Followup meetings are to be scheduled in the near future.
FINANCE/DEVELOPMENT/STRATEGIC PLANNING- Lindsey Florence
F-01 Strategic Plan for Fund Raising / Potential Donors List - J Ganci
Joe and Joel Rosen had a very positive personal meeting with Tippen Davidson’s daughter who is
running his affairs ( DAYTONA NEWS JOURNAL/FLAGLER NEWS TRIBUNE) during his
convalescence from a recent illness. She wants us to return and talk to Tippen in about a month.
A training session for our fund raising teams was held in early December and will be followed up
with another session in the very near future.
F-02 Grant Writer- Person with Responsibility - J Ganci stated that we are still looking for a coordinator.
F-03 Tourist Development Council - Grant application for the Picnic and Pops was approved for $5000 at
TDC and again at the County Commissioners meeting
F-04 Credit Card Application /Federal Accounts - Executive Committee approved setting up a sweep
account with SunTrust Bank. No report on credit card processing.
MEMBERSHIP
MS-01 Membership Campaign - No report
NOMINATIONS
N-01 24th Trustee - We are waiting to hear from Symphonic Society re an affiliation.
N-02 and N-03 - Officer and Associate Nominations - Ready for vote at the January Trustee’s meeting.
GRIEVANCE - J Kwiatkowski- No report
PERSONNEL - Sam Perkovich – Report given on the selection of an Independent Contractor as above.
PROGRAMING/ACCESS USES- Joan Refolo- No report
